  Effective immediately, the NOVA Shipyard Alpha build (VERSION 1.0.20) is authorized for fleet-wide deployment and operational testing.

  SYSTEM CAPABILITIES:

  - Full vessel construction from 6-tonnage probe class to 1,000,000-tonne demi-god class leviathans

  - Advanced combat statistics modeling with unified 1-6 effectiveness scaling

  - Comprehensive fleet registry with detailed tactical profiles for 30+ vessel classifications

  - Mobile-responsive interface for tricorder and PADD compatibility

  - Real-time tonnage calculation with component allocation tracking

  OPERATIONAL FEATURES:

  - Interactive ship design with live stats recalculation

  - Hull classification browser with size range validation

  - Detailed vessel descriptions and tactical assessments

  TACTICAL ENHANCEMENTS:
