Naval Orbital Vessel Assembly

This tool allows users to create their own spaceships.

It doesn't have a database online, you save your ships to your downloads folder by pressing SAVE. When you come back, use the LOAD button to upload your ships and you can continue editing.

Sadly most of the data is still trash and not at all balanced. The default ships are a train wreck.
